ECO-ENTREPRENEUR CITY HALL
It is aimed to bring people together and bring people from all walks of life together to make the project area in the center of the city a crowded and lively center. With the participation of non-governmental organizations, universities, public institutions, private organizations, industries and many different institutions in the province of Kayseri, it was desired to create a city center by concentrating on the concept of entrepreneurship and trade, providing more accurate and useful information to people and bringing them together. In accordance with the concepts of trade and entrepreneurship, different units were designed and councils were formed to bring people together. By designing a pluralistic municipal building, auditorium, library, councils, offices, study areas, recreation areas were created in this building, a connection was established with Mimar Sinan Park in the center of the city and a center was created. By combining different units with rectangular units, it was desired to design both a passage, a square and a municipality building. The main square was created by establishing a connection with the park, and from this point, people were asked to disperse to different units. With the square and passage created in the middle, it is aimed to use this area as a transition point in daily life and to bring together temporary activities in semi-open and open spaces.
