Kayseri has been the center of the trade for centuries. Because Kayseri was establish on important trade road such as Kaniş,Karum,Kültepe. The Project area is very close to important trade centers such as Düvenönü, Grand Bazaar. Also Project area is very close to the city square. Accessibility of the city square and the Project area is very diffucult for pedestians. After all this information, My main design aproach is publicity of the ground level. And I aimed the green contiunity of the area. According to the this information I create an eaves. I am gathering people under the this eaves. I took a referances from the historical area for my sıte plan and also the building. I use 3 different level for integration with Mimar Sinan park. I create a city amphi, city forum and city foyer. City amphi is at +4.00 level. People can watch the park and also join the activity of the park. City forum is at -3.00 level. People can sit, watch movie. City forum has directly releated with city council. Thanks to openable walls, People can attempt to city council at city forum. City forum is at 0.00 level. There ara also openable Wall. Exhibition areas can open the park and all area and also the park can be the exhibition and event area.
