Pluralist City Hall

Environmental pollution, one of the biggest problems of our time, affects our world. Although this problem seems to be global, it actually poses big problems locally. For this, we need to do something and solve this problem. First of all, a change has to be made and we need to start this change with ourselves. There is a project solution proposal on the basis of this problem. This proposal is envisaged to be resolved under the title of Pluralist City Hall. The process in this project is as follows. First of all, there is a problem, for example, air pollution. Then, this council is discussed and a decision is reached. As a result of that decision, there is a solution. For example, a company needs to use a filter with the following features. Afterwards, this product is either produced in this area or an existing product is developed. After that, there is an obligation to use this product.

The parking area next to Kayseri Mimarsinan Park is envisaged as the project area, and there are historical artifacts from the Seljuk and Ottoman times around. This project has tried to be designed in a way that respects its environment. Under this roof, the landscape elements are octagonal and an inner courtyard inspired by the Seljuk star was created and a modern iwan was aimed. The roof was designed with triangular units and aimed to both receive sunlight and generate solar energy in some parts. It is aimed to use this energy within the project. The project was asked to be fully sustainable.

The project aims to bring people from all walks of life together under the name of environment and science. Some units have been created for this purpose. These are the conference hall, seminar rooms, workshop areas, library and exhibition hall located on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, there are laboratories, classrooms and co-working areas. On the last floor, there are offices, a management area and energy distribution area.
