The design of the building began with the aim of creating a small Square in the middle of the 'Kurşunlu Mosque' and 'Gevher Nesibe Museum and not to cut their relationship. After that, the building took the basic form, as the pedestrian axes from the east and west directions with the merger of the park. The different cantilevers of the building have been obtained from the theme dynamism that represents the students in many ways.

Historical buildings in the project area (Avgunlu, G.NeSibe Madrasahs, Kadı Fountain and the Kurşunlu Mosque) has natural stones held with the horizontal lines in their facade design. So, in order to create Contrast & Relation with the environment, vertical lines with modern panels (FiberCement & Aluminum) and Spyder Glass Wall were used in Façade design. Semi-Open and Open Air areas are also available to create different spaces for different functions.
